What should I do if I am speaking at the GLI event?
- We require the following from speakers: Your presentation (PowerPoint or Word format), Audio Visual requirements. These must be sent to GLI within a minimum of four weeks before each event.
- Presentations can be sent via email, postal delivery or courier.
- All presentation should last approximately 30 minutes
- You will receive a confirmation letter from the producer and speaker pack letting you know the time and date of your presentation

Do I have to stay through the whole event?
GLI encourages all the speakers to stay through the whole event. However, if your busy schedule does not allow this, we will help to forward all the contacts to you who are interested in knowing and doing business with you.
Am I qualified as a speaker anyway and what should I present?
If you are not sure whether you are qualified as a speaker, we suggest you to have a discussion with our Group Manager. They will be more than happy to assist you and answer your questions. According to our experience, a case study of your current company's practice is always the best and easiest choice.
What language should I speak in the events?
English is always the preferred language in the event although simultaneous translation services are also provided in most of the conferences and summits.(from Mandarin to English and vice versa)
Do I need a visa to come to China and speak in your events?
Anyone who is not a holding Chinese passport is required to apply for a visa to enter China. GLI will always be ready to help you to solve the visa issues.
Is there any Question & Answer session after each presentation?
There is always a 5-minute Q & A session after each presentation. It is an excellent opportunity for all the speakers to interact with the audience.
What happens when I get to the Conference?
Arrival:
When you arrive at the conference, please go to the registration desk and collect your badge. Your badge must be worn at all times.
Refreshments:
Morning coffee is available before the conference, a lunch is served around midday and there will be a mid afternoon coffee break.
Documentation:
All presentations are now made available onto a secure website within two weeks after the conference. Once the presentations are loaded the website address and login will be emailed to all delegates.
Chairman Guide:
There will be an information pack available from the conference director which will be handed out at least 30 minutes before the presentation starts.
Dress Code:
Business attire is required throughout the conference.
