Following some basic training, you will be assigned to a project team and will be expected to make an impact straight away. You will find that your responsibilities and influence increase until you are managing or directing an entire project. Ultimately your personal development may lead to becoming a partner. Our philosophy is based on merit, not tenure, so you will advance when you are ready.
Personal Training
Our team is led by experienced partner and Group Manager. They will try their best to help their team member to grow up in career and become professional consultant.
Formal Training
Formal learning programs begin the moment you start and last throughout your career. All recruits complete our Basic Media/event Readiness (BMR) program during their first week. BMR is designed to introduce new staffs to, and allow them to practice, key working skills before joining their first project, including basic business concepts, analysis skills, negotiation skills, deal-making skills, ?industry and products, and so on. Within the first 7-12 months of joining, you will attend the planning/designing training, management and leadership training that will equip you with additional, necessary skills required to make a success of your new positions. As you become a more experienced and move into more senior roles within your teams, you will have an opportunity to join other formal training sessions that will equip you with additional, necessary skills required to make a success of your new positions.
Mentor
GLI will assign a mentor to every new comer, and she or he will guide and support your development.
