The Way We Work
You will work across a broad range of industries and functional areas, addressing complex problems, working with world leading organizations, focusing on issues of importance to top management. You should negotiate directly with industrial leaders, expert and government officers in English or other language. You should understand the interest and requirement of our clients and help them to achieve their goals. You should have high responsibility and passion to work in different team with different background and interest.
GLI is not for everyone. But if you have an outstanding communication skill, marked by strong analytical skill, a desire for personal impact and a commitment to learning, GLI can provide you with the leadership skills and business knowledge to advance within the firm or take on a leadership position elsewhere.
Working Environment
Our teams have different background and interests, all have the feelings of career satisfaction and accomplishments, the innovation spirit, open mind, teamwork spirit and professionalism. All have passion and high responsibility. The communication between colleagues can be through interior community, same project team, common leaded industry or profession area, and joining same research project.
We believe in investing in our community. We are of the opinion that as much can be learned from your colleagues in an informal setting as can be gained from a formal learning session and thus there are numerous opportunities for you to mingle with your colleague. There are also various specific events e.g. team tourism, gathering for all staff? leaving the work behind, meeting for a friendly, comfortable evening of relaxation and fun ... getting to know the colleagues more?
