Shanghai Information Service Association (SISA), is a non-profit industrial organization consists of the enterprises and government developments in the Shanghai information service industry. The association was established on Jan 18 2001, and Mr. Li Zhiping is its current Chairman, and Mr. Luo Haijiao is the Secretary-General. With the members of totally 230 ICP, ISP, ASP enterprises, the association is also expanding its members in telecom solution industry and consulting servcies.
