PAYMENT TERMS: Payment is due immediately upon receipt of this registration form if you pay by credit card or three working days after your receipt of payment notification. It includes lunches, cocktail, refreshments, and conference materials. Your place at the event is not secure until payment has been received and is subject to cancellation if no payment has been received by the start of the event.
PROGRAMME CHANGE POLICY: Please note the speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing; however, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and topics.
ACCOMMODATION: Hotel accommodation and travel cost are not included in the registration fee. A reduced corporate room rate has been arranged at Intercontinental Hotel Beijing, China for attendees at this event. To take advantage of this special rate, please process the hotel room reservation form provided upon confirmation of your attendance. A number of bedrooms have been booked at the venue and will be available for reservation until 2 weeks prior to the event on a first come first served basis. After that time, rooms will be subject to availability.
SIMULTANEOUS INTERPRETATION: (from Mandarin to English and vice versa) for the entire two-day event will be provided by a professional team of translators.
CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS: Should you be unable to attend, a substitute is always welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively, we will make a prompt refund less service charge of 10% of the fee for cancellations before the 26th of September. Any cancellation that is received after the 26th of September and before the 24th of October 2008 will bear 50% of the full liability. Cancellations received after the 24th of October 2008 will bear the full liability of the total conference fee.
