International Institute for Energy Conservation (IIEC)

The International Institute for Energy Conservation (IIEC) is a non-governmental (NGO), not-for-profit organization established in 1984, to foster the implementation of energy efficiency in developing countries and countries in transition. As an organization with proven technical capabilities, IIEC designs policies, implements programs, and supports institutions that mainstream energy efficiency in the entire value chain of energy systems and use. IIEC’ s approach focuses on implementation, resulting in policies developed in partnership with key policymakers and industry in our target countries as well as the bilateral and multilateral institutions that help to shape energy policy and investment priorities globally.
 
IIEC's mission is to accelerate the global adoption of renewalbe energy, energy efficiency, transport and environmental policies, technologies and practices to enable economic and environmentally sustainable development.  The emphasis is finding local sustainable solutions to global energy, transport and environmental issues.  IIEC assists in the implementation of the solutions through the establishment of sustainable institutions.

International Energy Conservation Environment Protection Association (IEEPA)

Backed by more than 200 national governments, businesses, development banks and NGOs, REEEP is uniquely placed to contribute to international, national and regional policy dialogues. Our aim is to accelerate the integration of renewables into the energy mix and to advocate energy efficiency as a path to improved energy security and reduced carbon emissions, ensuring socio-economic benefits.

Indian Chemical Council

INDIAN CHEMICAL COUNCIL (ICC) was founded in the year 1938 by a group of industrialists for promoting the interests of the nascent Chemical Industry in the country. Indian Chemical Council, the apex body, today represents all segments of chemical industry viz. organic & inorganic chemicals, plastics & petrochemicals and petroleum refineries, drugs & pharmaceuticals, dyes & dye-intermediates, fertilizers, agrochemicals, pesticides, fine & specialty chemicals etc.

Japan Association of Energy Service Companies (JAESCO)

JAESCO was established to support development of ESCO market as well as ensure sound evolution of ESCO industry. JAESCO provides customers energy efficiency with comprehensive services of high cost-performance. Thereby, resulting in progress of energy conservation and global environment protection.
JAESCO is aiming at the most effective evolution of ESCO industry and its contribution to society by exploring and advising measures to improve business environment surrounding ESCOs; Exploring measures to encourage adoption of ESCO projects by governments as well as seeking solution to difficulties confronted for introduction of ESCO projects; Fulfilling data based on a in-depth market survey and collecting actual performance data of member’s ESCO projects.

The Overseas Environmental Cooperation Center, Japan (OECC)

The Overseas Environmental Cooperation Center, Japan (OECC) was established in 1990, supported by the Environment Agency (currently the Ministry of the Environment), the Government of Japan, for the promotion of international cooperation from non-government and private sector’s perspectives.
OECC envisions through the direction of environmental issues and the incorporate movements in political, economic, and social field under the progress of international mutual cooperation in the 21st century. And then, OECC is to contribute to promote the protection of global environment through activities including research study, human and institutional capacity development, networking of environmental and development stakeholders, and other key activities.
Many of activities are funded and achieved in line with the environmental policy of the Ministry of the Environment, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), etc. These accomplishments are thus utilized for policy making of international environmental cooperation and execution of environmental cooperation projects.
