Payment is due immediately upon receipt of this registration form if you pay by credit card or three working days after your receipt of payment notification. It includes lunches, cocktail, refreshments, and conference materials. Your place at the event is not secure until payment has been received and is subject to cancellation if no payment has been received by the start of the event.
Please note the speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing; however, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and topics.

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute is always welcome at no extra charge. Any cancellation that is received before the 29th of February will bear 50% of the full liability. Cancellations received after the 1st of March 2008 will bear the full liability of the total conference fee.
